Planning

This is where we Lock in the Logistics.

Once we have completed the consultation we will use the information that we received from you and will plan out the best trip possible for you within your budget and maximizing your travel time. This usually can take up to a week depending on the length, trip location and sites we will be planning for you. The planning fee varies for domestic and international destinations.

Planning fee of $250.00 or 5% of the total trip cost will be charged (whichever of the two is greater).
